Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

  • All cancellations must be made by phone.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Sedans, SUVs, and vans: Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
  • Limousines, Minibuses, and Motor Coaches: Cancellations within 72 hours are billed at 100%.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients must inform us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations, and missed flights.
  • Clients are responsible for guests and liable for damages to the vehicle.
  • No refunds for pre-paid reservations if the client arrives 2 hours past the scheduled pickup time.
  • Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

Damage Fees:

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the limousine during the rental.
  • Fees: $100 for each carpet or seat burn, $250 sanitation fee.

Rules and Regulations:

  • Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited.
  • It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
  • Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles.

Responsibility for Inconveniences:

  • The company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or “Acts of God.”
  • The right to substitute vehicles is reserved in uncontrollable circumstances.

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Clients assume full financial responsibility for all payments due at the end of the charter.
  • Overtime pay applies after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time.
  • Additional charges may include wait time, gratuity, and damage fees.

Termination of Charter:

  • The driver may terminate the charter without a refund if the party is deemed unruly or endangers the safe operation of the vehicle.
